The first of the two was founded in 2005 as a PADI dive school, underwater work and sea tour company. It has experienced a meteoric rise since then, winning certificates of excellence from international institutions. It currently has an active fleet of boats for different kinds of boating trips and tours, from private yacht charters and boats for more than 12 passengers, to diving and snorkelling trips, sunset tours and jet boat rides.

Escorpena was founded in 2017 and it has had several boats available for boat charters in the course of its history. Eventually, the company decided to keep the best of the lot. This boat is currently registered in the boat charter register of the Balearic Islands and offers this service regulated by the competent local authorities under Licence no. 1793/2020.
